About Chris and Turtle Creek Painting

Chris is a Cincinnati native and a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 2006. Over the course of two decades, he built a distinguished career in process and project engineering, operations, and maintenance within the chemical manufacturing industry. His professional journey led him through several states, including Ohio, Delaware, and Kentucky, before ultimately bringing him back home to Ohio..

With a deep appreciation for family and community, Chris made the decision to transition from corporate life to entrepreneurship. Seeking greater work-life balance and the opportunity to serve his local area, he founded Turtle Creek Painting in 2025. His vision is rooted in providing exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer-focused service to every client.

Chris has lived in Lebanon, Ohio, for the past ten years with his wife, Carrie, their three children, and their black Labrador Retriever, Smokey. The family enjoys fitness, outdoor activities, and spending quality time together.

Smokey, known for his love of the water, is often spotted swimming in Turtle Creek—a beloved local landmark and the inspiration behind the company’s name.
